Oracle OTM South Fiedl MI Onsite 55- 60 /HR 100K Salary Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement technical solutions in Oracle Transportation Management (OTM). Configure and customize OTM modules including: Order Management Shipment Management Planning Optimization Freight Payment Master Data Management Develop and maintain: OTM Agents Automation Agents User Exits Custom Actions Saved Queries Design and implement OTM integrations using: XML/Transmission Builder REST/SOAP Web Services Integration with ERP systems (Oracle ERP, SAP, etc.) Develop custom reports using BI Publisher. Perform data migration activities using FBDI / CSV / integration tools. Work on OTM Cloud upgrades, patching, and release management. Troubleshoot performance issues and provide production support. Participate in solution design discussions and technical architecture reviews. Collaborate with functional consultants, business users, and integration teams. Prepare technical design documents (TDD), integration documents, and deployment plans. Required Skills Qualifications 8'¿12 years of overall IT experience. Minimum 5+ years of hands on experience in Oracle Transportation Management (OTM). Strong knowledge of: OTM data model OTM architecture (Cloud and On Prem) OTM Agents Automation Transmission Integration Framework Experience with: XML, XSLT, SQL, PL/SQL Web Services (REST/SOAP) Oracle DB Good understanding of logistics and transportation business processes. Experience in OTM Cloud migrations / Lift and Shift projects is preferred. Strong debugging and performance tuning skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). Exposure to GTM (Global Trade Management). Experience in multi region OTM rollouts.
