Sr. UX Researcher

We are seeking a Senior UX Researcher. This role will serve as both a hands-on researcher and a practice leader, helping bring structure, rigor, and consistency to our UX research efforts. The ideal candidate has deep experience conducting research in complex product environments and is capable of elevating how research is planned, executed, and applied across teams. This person will play a key role in shaping research strategy, mentoring others, and ensuring insights translate into clear product and business impact.
