Landscaping and Snow Services Crew Member

Benefits: Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Crew Member - Landscaping and Snow Services Eden Prairie, MN | Full-Time Hourly Rate: $20 - $30 (determined by experience and equipment proficiency) We are a busy landscaping company serving residential clients (about 70% of our work) along with commercial properties and hardscape/softscape projects. We need dependable crew members to join our teams, handle daily tasks, operate equipment, and contribute to high-quality results on lawns, landscapes, and snow removal jobs. This is a hands-on, outdoor position with room to learn, take on more responsibility, and move up to crew lead roles for those who show strong work ethic and reliability. Daily Tasks Perform lawn care and maintenance including mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, planting, mulching, and site cleanup. Assist with hardscape and softscape installations by preparing areas, moving materials, and supporting project labor. Operate equipment such as snowplows, skid steers, rakers, sod cutters, power blowers, and similar tools (training provided as needed). Help with snow removal during winter season. Load/unload trailers and trucks, drive work vehicles when required, and keep sites safe and organized. Work as part of a crew while following safety guidelines and quality standards. What We Look For 1+ year of landscaping, lawn care, snow removal, or related outdoor work experience preferred (hardworking beginners with quick learning ability will be considered). Physically fit for outdoor labor in all weather and able to lift 50+ pounds regularly. Dependable, on-time, and ready to contribute every shift. Valid driver's license preferred (comfort towing trailers and driving trucks is helpful). Spanish-speaking skills are a big plus and highly valued. Compensation and Benefits Pay range of $20 to $30 per hour based on your skill level and equipment experience. Full-time position with overtime opportunities during busy seasons.
