Role: Senior Jira Forge Developer (Jira Cloud - Custom Plugins & Integrations) Experience: 6-10+ years (with strong recent Jira Cloud/Forge delivery) Key Responsibilities Develop and enhance Jira Cloud apps/extensions using Forge for CUSTOMER Jira Cloud requirements. Build UI features using React + HTML/CSS/JavaScript for Forge-based plugin UX. Implement integrations/automation using Jira REST APIs for custom workflows, data extraction, and system integrations. Create custom plugins/integrations leveraging Forge + Atlassian SDK exposure (where applicable to the CUSTOMER ecosystem). Contribute to CUSTOMER initiatives involving Jira development for custom functionalities and integrations (including sync to Snowflake) when required. Own deliverables end-to-end: estimate, execute, and deliver per agreed sprint velocity with engineering discipline. Adhere to dev guidelines (code check-in, branching strategy) and ensure quality compliance with limited repeated peer review findings. Work on CUSTOMER-style execution model: "assigned Jira tickets" delivery and iterative plugin rollout. Participate in project reviews, reporting, administrative tasks, and provide first-line support for issues related to delivered services.
