As a member of our nursing team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care to our residents. This is a per diem opportunity, offering flexible scheduling and the opportunity to work weekends (7P - 7:30A). Responsibilities Provide direct patient care to residents in a skilled nursing facility, including administration of medications, wound care, and rehabilitation therapies Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans Monitor patient conditions and report any changes or concerns to the nursing supervisor or physician Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure optimal patient outcomes Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and treatment Requirements Current RN license in the state of Florida Minimum 1 year of experience in long-term care or rehabilitation setting Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Commitment to providing high-quality patient care and providing a positive patient experience About Us At Unity Health and Rehabilitation Center, we pride ourselves on setting standards in rehabilitation and skilled nursing care.
