Measure and record height and weight, intake, and output. Care for the residents' environment. Assist with bathing, grooming and toileting. Assist with eating and hydration. Observe residents' skin when administering care and reports changes to licensed nurse; provide skin care as needed. Meet residents' mental health and social service needs. Change linens on residents' bed. Assist in passing out fresh ice water to residents. STNA Qualifications: Must be state tested, have recent nurse aide training completion certificate, or be willing to train. Previous experience working in direct care services preferred. High school diploma or GED preferred.
