IAM Solutions Architect

Job Description: As an IAM Solutions Architect, you will define and implement strategies for managing identity lifecycle, authentication, and authorization across on-premise and cloud environments. This role requires deep expertise in IAM technologies, federation protocols, and integration with enterprise infrastructure while ensuring security and compliance. Key Responsibilities: Establish architecture and strategies for secure identity lifecycle management, including authentication and authorization. Define and maintain documentation for reference architecture, technology standards, and policies. Integrate IAM solutions into existing infrastructure and lead resolution of implementation and integration issues. Provide leadership for technical infrastructure support, including on-call and escalated issue resolution. Implement federation technologies such as ADFS and Ping Identity with strong knowledge of SAML and OAuth/OIDC. Architect IAM solutions for Microsoft Azure, AWS, and other cloud providers. Lead proof-of-concept initiatives and develop tactical and strategic solution roadmaps. Collaborate with vendors and governance teams to demonstrate solutions to stakeholders. Provide guidance on Active Directory deployments, security architecture, and resiliency. Required Skills, Experiences, Education, and Competencies: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. 10+ years of experience in information security, with at least 5 years focused on IAM. Minimum 3 years in enterprise-level architecture roles with IAM technologies. Preferred certifications: CISSP, CCSP, CISM. Deep knowledge of IAM domains including authentication, authorization, SSO, IGA, directory services, federation, and PAM. Experience implementing Zero Trust and Just-In-Time Access models. Proven ability to define IAM architecture and roadmaps aligned with enterprise security policies and business objectives. The hourly range for roles of this nature are $60.00 to $90.00/hr.
