CRT / RRT Respiratory Therapist

This full-time, permanent role offers an opportunity to provide life-saving care and support to patients with respiratory conditions. Respiratory Therapist Key Responsibilities: Perform respiratory therapy assessments and deliver treatments to patients of all ages. Operate advanced respiratory equipment and monitor patient responses to therapy. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans. Provide emergency respiratory care, including managing ventilators and performing intubations. Educate patients and families on respiratory conditions and the use of home care equipment. Maintain accurate documentation of treatments and patient progress per hospital protocols. Respiratory Therapist Qualifications: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy from an accredited program. Active Washington State Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) license (required). Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential through NBRC (required). BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (must be completed before start). Prior experience in acute care or critical care is preferred but not required.
