Grounds Crew - Golf Course Maintenance

The Grounds Department at Columbine Country Club is hiring seasonal full-time positions for 2026 season. A typical day is an 8-hour workday starting at 5:30 am. This position is performed outside and will be implemented in all weather conditions. Must have some availability for shifts on weekends. Responsibilities: Mow greens & tees Trimming Mowing clubhouse, pool, and tennis lawns Trim, weed, and rake bunkers. Plants and maintains ornamental shrubs and trees. Trims and feeds shrubs and trees; remove cuttings. Maintains landscape beds around the clubhouse and club grounds. Rakes and blows leaves. Mows greens by operating walk-behind turf equipment. Prepares and lays sod. Prepares soil plant beds and establishes plantings by seed or transplants. Maintains annual and perennial flowers in aesthetic arrangements. Rakes bunkers. Loads and unloads materials. Aerifies and spikes greens. Dig holes and trenches to maintain or construct irrigation and drainage lines. Attends staff meetings. Requirements Comprehensive training will be available for everyone not familiar with golf course maintenance. Compensation & Benefits: Meals and uniforms are provided at no charge, golf privileges are available, and sick time is earned on an accrual basis.
