Family Nurse Practitioner

Contract Duration: 06 Months Job Overview The Family Nurse Practitioner will provide high-quality, evidence-based primary and family care to a diverse patient population in a retail clinic setting. This role works collaboratively with a dedicated clinical care team to assess, diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic health conditions while promoting preventive care and patient wellness. Key Job Duties Deliver evidence-based primary and family care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, health counseling, and disposition planning Manage acute illnesses, minor injuries, chronic conditions, and preventive health needs Perform routine physical exams, diagnostic testing, and follow-up care Educate patients on healthy lifestyle choices, wellness, and disease prevention Encourage patient engagement through health screenings, behavioral health support, and chronic condition management Collaborate closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care plans Experience & Qualifications Required Master's Degree from an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner program Current National Board Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner Active state license to practice as an Advanced Practice Nurse DEA registration required at the time of offer acceptance Current BLS certification Minimum of 1 year of recent Primary Care experience as a Nurse Practitioner preferred Schedule Varied days Monday-Friday Every other weekend required Possible holiday rotations About US Tech Solutions: US Tech Solutions is a global staff augmentation firm providing a wide range of talent on-demand and total workforce solutions.
