Compensation & Benefits $77,000-$90,000 + performance bonuses Health, dental, and vision insurance; employer-paid life & disability coverage Up to $50k in student-loan paydown 401(k) with company match PTO + 6 paid holidays Annual continuing education allowance Unlimited access to FYZICAL's internal online training library Flexible schedule options Responsibilities Conduct new patient evaluations and exams Establish diagnoses and individualized care plans with clear goals Deliver interventions and exercises; measure and track outcomes Educate patients on home care and therapy continuation Supervise PTAs, aides, or students as appropriate Contribute to clinic operations, community lectures, and provider marketing events Qualifications Graduate of an accredited PT program with active OK license (or eligibility) Ability to thrive in an outpatient rehab setting with autonomy Passion for helping patients with orthopedic, sports, spine, pelvic, vestibular, balance, neurological, and fall-risk issues 1+ year outpatient ortho/neuro or vestibular rehab experience preferred but not required Pelvic health experience a plus (training available) Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn Ready to grow your career and make a lasting impact?
