Overview of Company Manage approximately $100M in construction costs annually Focus exclusively on local, negotiated projects Provide full management services without performing any trade work Operate with a strong commitment to relationships and integrity Led by an ambitious CEO focused on steady, sustainable expansion Job Description Manage and oversee all phases of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, and execution. Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely project completion. Monitor project progress and make adjustments to meet deadlines and budget requirements. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards on all job sites. Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality control and address any issues promptly. Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and addressing concerns as needed. Maintain detailed project documentation and reports. Lead and mentor construction teams to achieve project goals.
