Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) - Dallas-Fort Worth, TX Outpatient Orthopedics | Choose Your Home Clinic Vista Physical Therapy is hiring full-time licensed Physical Therapist Assistants (PTA) across the Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) metro area. Salary & Incentives Hourly Pay: Competitive, based on experience Monthly incentive bonus: Up to $2,500/month (up to $32,500/year) Student Loan Repayment Opportunity! Responsibilities Deliver physical therapy treatments under PT supervision Implement and progress individualized treatment plans Provide hands-on care, therapeutic exercise, and appropriate modalities Document patient care accurately using EMR Educate patients and families on home programs Work collaboratively with the clinical team to ensure optimal outcomes Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program Current Texas PTA license (or eligibility) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Outpatient ortho experience preferred but not required New grads welcome and encouraged to apply!
