Description As part of the M2 Operations team, this position will work in partnership with our Account Managers and/or Account Capacity Leads to focus on supporting their customer/carrier needs. The Logistics Coordinator will play an intricate role in building relationships with both internal and external contacts as needed. You will be handling calls, emails, processing orders, communicating updates with customers, carriers, Account Managers, and Account Capacity Leads you are supporting. You must maintain a strong knowledge of processes and services offered by M2 and have superior customer service skills. Who Is M2? M2 Logistics is a privately held logistics provider founded in 2001. The Position You will be handling calls, emails, processing orders, communicating updates with customers, carriers, and team members you are working with. Establish and nurture professional relationships with current and/or future customers and carriers Support new customer growth and acquisitions by developing relationships via phone/email communication Dispatching loads to carriers Order entry into TMS Tracking freight ad updating all parties needed (Internal and External) Understand and engage with M2 and 3rd party technologies Facilitate and identify billing issues/discrepancies with orders Support additional requests as they occur Why should you apply?
