Evening Shift X-Ray Lead A respected health system is seeking a qualified candidate to fill the role of X-Ray Lead for a full-time, permanent position at a hospital in Arkansas. The position is for the evening shift, running from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, Monday through Friday. As the X-Ray Lead, you will oversee the radiology department during the evening hours. Key Responsibilities: Team Supervision: Manage and direct the X-ray team during the evening shift to ensure efficiency and optimal patient care. Perform Complex Imaging Procedures: Carry out advanced X-ray procedures, including fluoroscopy, ensuring accurate and timely diagnostic results. Technical Support: Provide hands-on assistance with troubleshooting and equipment maintenance to ensure seamless operation throughout the shift. Collaboration: Work closely with physicians and healthcare professionals to ensure the delivery of timely, precise diagnostic images. Staff Management: Manage scheduling, address staffing needs, and ensure seamless shift transitions. Qualifications: Education: Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology or a related field. Certification: Active ARRT certification (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) and applicable state licensure. Experience: At least 3 years as an X-ray Technologist, including a minimum of 1 year in a leadership or supervisory capacity.
