Our Client, an Aerospace and Defense company, is looking for a Non-Destructive Test (NDT)Specialists level 5 for their Tukwila, WA location. Responsibilities: Authors Non-Destructive Test (NDT) procedures. Incorporates revisions authored by method Responsible Level III in the standard procedure review process. Develops Computer Assisted Drawings (CAD) of specialized calibration standard. Performs setup for non-destructive test or measurement equipment to calibration standards. Composes procedure Figures providing information on inspection location, geometry, accessibility, probe /transducer placement, and notch signal response. Reports potential adverse trends or anomalous results. Requirements: 20+ years of experience in NDI (non-destructive inspection) or NDT (non-destructive test). 20+ years working in aerospace in-service support with ultrasonics testing (UT) and/or eddy current(ET). Proficient in MS Office Suite Experience writing UT & ET techniques and inspection procedures 25+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. 800 hours of Ultrasonic Testing (UT). 300 hours of Ultrasonic Shear-Wave Testing 800 hours of Eddy Current Testing (ET). Experience with CAD Software Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Associate) and typically 20 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
