If you're ready to deliver intermediate-level critical care and support patients in transition from ICU to med-surg, we're ready to place you where you're needed most. Job Description: As a PCU/Stepdown RN, you'll care for patients who are critically ill but stable enough to leave the ICU. You'll monitor telemetry, administer complex medications, and respond quickly to changes in patient condition-all while playing a key role in patient recovery.
