HMA Plant Maintenance

Employment Status: Full-Time (>30 hrs/wk)HMA Plant Maintenance- What Will You Do? Perform routine maintenance on various hot mix asphalt (HMA) plants and equipment. Diagnose plant malfunctions and perform necessary repairs. Welding (stick welding) to repair plant as needed. Work with plumbing and other functions of the plant. Serve as the backup plant operator for all HMA plants, including batch and drum plants. Assist in other areas of the HMA plant as necessary and perform other duties as assigned. Identify daily and long-term potential plant issues relative to the production and on-time delivery of material. This position requires travel to various HMA plants in the Lancaster, Leesport, and Allentown areas. This position may also require nights and weekends work.
