Clinical Lab SupervisorMLee Healthcare is in search of a Clinical Lab Supervisor to come bring their management expertise to help run a dynamic team of technologists at a hospital in the Atlanta, GA metroplex. Responsible for overseeing day to day activities in the laboratory. Key Responsibilities: Supervision of laboratory personnel, quality assurance, and overseeing the collection, analyzing and ultimate use of lab data. Implement quality control measures to maintain the accuracy and reliability of laboratory results Ensure compliance with all applicable laboratory regulations, standards, and safety protocols, including CLIA and CAP guidelines Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Medical Technology Master's degree Preferred 5 years of Clinical Laboratory Experience 2 years of Supervisory or Leadership Experience MT or MLS Certified ASCP or AMT Certified BLS Certified
