Nurse Unit Manager

Why Join Us: • Supportive, team-focused culture • Competitive compensation • Medical, dental, and vision coverage options • Paid time off program Key Responsibilities: • Lead and support unit nursing staff with a strong floor presence • Oversee daily unit operations to ensure safe, efficient care delivery • Monitor clinical outcomes and participate in care planning and IDT meetings • Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility policies and procedures • Provide coaching, feedback, and performance support to staff • Assist with staffing, scheduling, and assignment oversight • Maintain accurate, timely documentation and follow-through on orders • Communicate promptly with providers, residents, and families Qualifications: • Valid Ohio RN license in good standing • Current BLS certification • Prior SNF leadership or charge nurse experience required • Strong assessment, organization, and follow-up skills • Ability to lead by example, hold staff accountable, and maintain professionalism Interested candidates may submit their resume for immediate consideration.
