Enterprise Data Insights Manager

Job Description: The Enterprise Data Insights Manager will support key strategic areas within Pet Nutrition North America (PNNA) Strategy to Action team, including Innovation/Renovation, Value Leadership, Business Continuity, and the S&OP process. This role is responsible to lead development and execution of data and analytics solutions providing actionable insights that empower the Strategy to Action function to drive decision-making and support business objectives. What are we looking for? Bachelor's or Master's degree in data science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Engineering or related field. 3+ years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence role • Skilled in leading stakeholder engagement and collaboration across various departments, effectively managing expectations and aligning data-driven solutions with business goals to ensure project success and optimal outcomes. Ability to tackle complex problems and devise data-driven solutions Ability to tackle complex problems and devise data-driven solutions. Experience in delivery of analytical products. Understands the technology landscape and can navigate through technology stack discussions to identify tradeoffs of choices. Experience in managing projects, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines. Proficient in data analytics tools (e.g., Databricks, SQL, Python, R) and BI platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). What will be your key responsibilities? Support Project Portfolio Management and S&OP processes by providing timely and accurate data products and insights that improve project execution, portfolio planning, resource allocation, demand planning and other strategic initiatives. Engage Strategy to Action team and cross-functional stakeholders to capture opportunities and define requirements supporting roadmap development for reporting and insights capabilities. Define team priorities by evaluating value proposition and project ROI. Collaborate with central D&A team and external partners to deliver data-based Analytics solutions aligned to business objectives. Drive change management and adoption of data & analytics solutions through communication, documentation, and training. Formulate technical opportunities and solutions for data-related challenges. Evaluate and select appropriate software tools, frameworks, and technologies. Identify and evaluate internal and external data sources. Implement processes for acquiring and integrating data, ensuring that the data is accurate, timely, complete, and accessible. Identify and mitigate data-related risks, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations, and with agreed governance practices for data accuracy, interoperability, integrity, and security of our data assets.
