Job Full Description Express Employment Professionals has partnered with a leading manufacturer in the Round Rock area to hire a skilled Electro-Mechanical Assembler. The Electro-Mechanical Assembler is responsible for assembling electrical and mechanical components using engineering specifications, assembly drawings, and bills of materials. This role performs precision assembly, wiring, and fabrication work while maintaining high safety and quality standards. Schedule: Monday-Friday | 6:00am - 3:00pm (OT as needed) Pay: $19.00-$22.00/hr DOE Key Responsibilities Assemble electrical components and circuits by reading and interpreting specifications, assembly drawings, and bills of materials. Wire components together, including cutting and bending conduit as required. Perform small precision assemblies and assist with larger unit assemblies. Fabricate or modify parts and structures using hand and power tools (drills, cutters, etc.). Conduct in-process quality checks including electrical testing and close-tolerance measurements. Complete required documentation and maintain traceability records. Read and interpret manufacturing drawings and process specifications. Operate shop equipment and perform normal overhead crane lifts. Follow ESD processes and ISO 9001 quality standards. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment. Support team members and work with minimal supervision. Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. 3-5 years of mechanical assembly experience or 5+ years of similar electrical/mechanical experience. Ability to read and interpret manufacturing drawings and follow written and verbal instructions. Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide; work with decimals). Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Familiarity with ESD controls and manufacturing safety practices. Reliable attendance and ability to work in a team environment.
