Shift schedule: M-F 8-5, OT possible but not required Duration: 9 Months with possibility to extend or convert Summary: Masters Degree required Not a phone triage position Reviewing behavioral health medical records Providing education and training to providers on proper chart documentation Addressing quality of care concerns with providers Responsibilities: Answer incoming telephone calls and triage behavioral health needs Document calls and actions using standard computer software applications Provide resource and education to non-licensed behavioral health staff Schedule and make follow-up calls to provide care facilitation Promote recovery concepts and inspire hope Work with other internal and external agency personnel to meet callers' needs Provide professional assessments and interventions within the scope of relevant licensure Provide information and behavioral health education to callers Perform other duties as assigned Comply with all policies and standards Review Quality of Care concerns related to behavioral health issues Provide leveling and recommendations based on chart review Provide education to providers through various ways - letters, phone calls, and possible face-to-face or virtual meetings Meet state contractual requirements for review and follow the policy and leveling document Requirements: Education/Certification: Masters Level Behavioral Health Clinician Licensure: LPC or LCSW 2 years of behavioral health experience Required Skills: Behavioral health clinical knowledge Behavioral Health Documentation knowledge People skills Preferred Skills: Attention to detail Computer skills Comfortable educating other providers
