Job Description EverStaff, a specialized recruiting firm, is actively searching for potential candidates for Direct Hire positions with one of our top clients. This position entail direct employment with the client that offers exceptional work culture, benefits, PTO, and growth potential. Job Title: Branch Operations ManagerPay Rate: $50,000/yr. - $57,000/yr.Job Summary: Seeking a results-driven Branch Operations Manager to oversee daily operations at a medical equipment distribution branch. This role is responsible for managing personnel, ensuring regulatory compliance, maintaining inventory control, and upholding safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate will provide hands-on leadership while driving operational efficiency and exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and support warehouse, logistics, and technical service staff across daily functions Ensure operational compliance with all federal, state, and internal safety regulations and procedures Monitor inventory levels, oversee physical inventory counts, and resolve discrepancies Train, evaluate, and develop branch staff to ensure competency and service excellence Coordinate equipment maintenance, order fulfillment, and service call scheduling Oversee all warehouse activities including layout, cleanliness, and equipment processing Monitor vehicle usage, inspections, and maintenance coordination Maintain documentation related to safety procedures, equipment logs, and performance metrics Conduct branch audits and implement process improvements based on findings Ensure all patient interactions and deliveries are handled with professionalism and care Review and manage PTO, schedules, timesheets, and personnel records Participate in ongoing education, policy updates, and leadership meetings Serve as the escalation point for service, staffing, and compliance issues Qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and related experience Minimum 2 years of industry-related or leadership experience in operations, logistics, or warehouse management Strong understanding of warehouse procedures, inventory control, and regulatory compliance Proficiency with computer systems including MS Office and industry-related software Ability to analyze reports, manage budgets, and oversee multiple operational areas Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills Capable of lifting up to 60 lbs and working in an active warehouse environment Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed Preferred Skills: Experience in durable medical equipment (DME) or healthcare logistics Familiarity with PPE procedures, MSDS logs, and emergency protocols Background in staff coaching, performance reviews, and process audits If you feel you have the above qualifications, please apply for immediate consideration.
