Benefits: Competitive salary Opportunity for advancement Paid time off Milenis Home Care is a newly established Home Health Agency, currently in the process of licensing with the Florida Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA). We provide non-medical home care services with placement of RN supervised caregivers offering assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) to help clients remain safe, independent, and supported in their homes. While our primary focus is serving the older adult population, Milenis Home Care also supports transgenerational clients, including postpartum mothers, infants, and children with disabilities, delivering compassionate, individualized care tailored to each stage of life. Benefits & Perks Competitive pay plus bonus & performance reviews Generous Paid Time Off Positive, familylike office culture with opendoor leadership What You'll Do - Answer and manage incoming calls from clients, families, and caregivers - Assist with scheduling, client records, and office documentation - Support billing, payroll, and other administrative operations - Step in as Alternative Administrator when needed to cover office or operational roles - Maintain office organization and efficiency - Support non-medical service coordination - Liaison with Director of Nursing - Track and assist with client intakes to optimize care and revenue What You'll BringHigh school diploma/GED required; some college or business coursework preferred Minimum 1 year supervisory and admin experience in home care, hospital, ambulatory, assisted living or nursing home within the state of Florida.
