Title: Technician II, Mechanical Control Advise building administrators and trades staff on maintenance needs, manage daily custodial operations to ensure clean and safe environments, and provide training and guidance to custodial teams. Provide leadership and guidance to a team, ensuring adherence to established policies and procedures. Essential Functions: • Completes routine and sometimes more robust tasks as assigned in a timely manner. • Ensures effective communication across schools and buildings to monitor their functionality and manages the school's operational systems. • Manages inventory of printer consumables, reloading supplies as needed to maintain uninterrupted availability. • Accesses and manages the school's Local Area Network (LAN) to ensure consistent connectivity and performance. • Adjusts heating and cooling systems within the school premises to maintain a comfortable environment for students, staff, and visitors. • Follows established standard operating procedures and systems to accomplish tasks. • Performs additional duties as assigned.
