Pharmacy Manager – Lead, Inspire, Make an Impact Are you ready to take the next step in your pharmacy career? At Hometown Pharmacy, we’re looking for a passionate Pharmacy Manager to lead our team, mentor staff, and champion exceptional patient care. What You’ll DoLead daily pharmacy operations, ensuring prescriptions are accurate, safe, and compliant. Manage staffing and workflow to meet performance, patient, and profitability goals. Mentor pharmacists, technicians, and front-end staff, fostering collaboration and professional growth. Serve as the go-to resource for complex patient and provider concerns. Collaborate with leadership on clinical programs, MTM services, and innovative patient care initiatives. Conduct performance reviews, provide coaching, and encourage continuous improvement. Oversee quality metrics, implement corrective actions, and maintain regulatory compliance. Partner with other teams to enhance the customer experience and pharmacy operations. Stay current on pharmacy best practices and help develop effective policies.
