Private Duty Nurse RN and LPN Requirements: Registered Nurses: No experience required - Accept applications from new grad RNs. LPNs: Minimum 1 year of direct patient care experience preferred, but not necessarily required. Active and in good standing RN or LPN license with the Arkansas State Board of Nursing.
