Field Technician Air Compressor - EPG Rental

Description Position at MacAllister Machinery Objective: This position provides the service of installing and performing all maintenance and repairs of diesel and electric air compressors, air dryers, and associated systems. Primary Responsibilities: Performs all first-time (start-up) installations to ensure compatibility with all other equipment to be installed Diagnoses and troubleshoots electrical and mechanical problems to ensure the entire compressed air system runs safely and efficiently Ensures accuracy and completion of all documentation, including service reports and time keeping Monitors and complies with all safety policies, procedures, guidelines, and laws as they pertain to staff and customers within the location Ensures all facilities and equipment are in excellent, safe operating condition Maintains daily correspondence with staff from all departments within the Company, Customers, Suppliers, and Caterpillar Occasional/Other Responsibilities: Assists with performing services on other industry related systems such as generators, and distribution. (Caterpillar, Cummins, Kohler, Generac, and others) Required: High School Diploma or GED Minimum of 3 years of experience in related field Valid Michigan Driver's License Preferred 5 years or more of experience in related field Atlas Copco and Sullair experience preferred CDL or Chauffer's License Excellent Compensations and Union Benefits! $44.40 per hour!
