Job Description Safety Manager will be responsible for: Develop and enforce safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Conduct regular safety audits and inspections at construction sites to identify and mitigate risks. Provide safety training and education to employees to promote a culture of safety. Investigate accidents and incidents to determine causes and recommend preventative measures. Maintain detailed safety records and ensure proper reporting of all incidents. Collaborate with project managers and construction teams to implement safety measures effectively. Stay updated on local, state, and federal safety regulations and industry best practices. Coordinate with external agencies during safety audits or inspections. The Successful Applicant A successful Safety Manager should have: A strong understanding of safety regulations within the construction and property industry. Proven ability to develop and implement safety policies and procedures. Experience in conducting safety audits, inspections, and investigations. Excellent communication and training skills to promote safety awareness. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for maintaining accurate safety records.
