Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - Endoscopy Location: Plano, TX Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Days | 8 Hours | 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM Pay Rate: $38 - $44 per hour Job Summary "Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) with a background in Endoscopy to join a dynamic healthcare team in Plano, TX. The RN will provide comprehensive nursing care to patients undergoing endoscopic procedures, ensuring safety, comfort, and high-quality clinical support throughout the pre-procedure, intra-procedure, and recovery phases. Key Responsibilities Prepare patients for endoscopic procedures, including assessment and documentation. Administer and monitor moderate sedation as required. Assist physicians during endoscopic procedures. Monitor patients' vital signs and condition throughout the procedure. Provide post-procedure recovery care and patient monitoring. Educate patients and families on pre- and post-procedure instructions. Maintain and assist with endoscopy equipment setup and sterilization in accordance with facility protocols. Ensure compliance with all safety and infection control standards. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of recent RN experience in an Endoscopy setting. Strong clinical knowledge of endoscopic procedures and sedation protocols. Excellent patient care, communication, and critical-thinking skills.
