Job Type: Full-Time Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8 AM-5 PM or 9 AM-6 PM | No weekends required Key Responsibilities: • Lead and manage clinical operations at our newest outpatient orthopedic and sports medicine facility. • Collaborate with the existing full-time PT and management team to ensure seamless clinic operations. • Oversee and participate in business development and community outreach to support clinic growth. • Provide mentorship and contribute to our structured professional development program. • Support implementation of performance-based programs and track clinic productivity and patient outcomes. Requirements: • Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Texas. • New graduates are welcome to apply • One year of experience as a Physical Therapist is preferred. • Passion for sports medicine and working with active patient populations.
