Hotel Maintenance Supervisor

Responsibilities • Create an available channel of communication between you and other staff, including managers and department heads • Work with a variety of tools hammers and screwdrivers, indicators and edge finders, drills, wrenches, and other maintenance tools of the trade • Take care of guest complaints regarding building maintenance and troubleshoot issues • Observe all engineering safety rules and criteria • Manage the hotel's machinery and preventive maintenance procedures Qualifications • Ability to use web-based software, including facilities maintenance software preferred • You should have the ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. • 2-4 years of maintenance experience is required for this role • Driver's license and clean driving record is mandatory • This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent GED
