One of our clients in Raleigh, NC needs a Sr. IT Specialist for a contract position. Position: Sr. IT Specialist Location: Hybrid Position Type: Contract Job Description: Experience configuring and building complex workflow automation applications using low-code-no-code platforms. Experience developing custom objects, workflows, validation & business rules, and trigger notifications. Any System Administrator, Developer, certifications experience is preferred. Understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) concepts and process Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, EXCEL, PowerPoint, Visio), Microsoft Power BI and Microsoft Project Experience creating dashboards and reports Experience with integration tools such as Boomi Experience with data conversion Experience or working knowledge of managing and maintaining Active Directory integrations and importing users and associated AD attributes along with SSO integrations. Experience with SharePoint end user experience, sites, libraries, lists and groups Must have previous experience in working with State/Government ecosystems preferably in Healthcare/Mental Health/Medicare & Medicaid environments and have worked on projects with tight deadlines and not-to-exceed budgets. Must have strong familiarity with agile methodology, tools, and frameworks, i.e., Scrum, Kanban Participate in and own SCRUM ceremonies along with the Project Manager and Business Analyst. Experience with software implementation projects and with Cloud technologies Ability to evaluate existing small-scale .NET applications (C#, VB.NET), understand their business processes, and determine the most suitable modernization platform and rewrite them into modern platforms such as SimpliGov, Power Apps, ServiceNow, or Salesforce. Strong skills in reverse-engineering legacy applications to capture requirements, workflows, and user needs before redesign. Requirements: Experience implementing applications using Salesforce or SimpliGov, MS Dynamics and/or ServiceNow. Strong leadership, organizational, interpersonal and time management skills. Ability to act independently with sound business judgment, attention to detail and thrives in environment with diverse communication styles Demonstrated experience with Waterfall, Agile and Hybrid software development frameworks. Knowledge of healthcare and managed care systems with an emphasis on behavioral health, developmental disabilities and substance use. Experience configuring and building complex workflow automation applications using low-code no-code platforms.
