Details About the job: ServiceNow Admin /Developer [ Perform daily, weekly, monthly system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of ServiceNow applications Collaborate with Platform and Delivery teams to perform ServiceNow upgrades and patching. Coordinate system updates across different instances, ensure latest patches, and configuration changes Assist with report configuration, dashboards, and maintenance and performs operational administrative tasks, as needed Actively collaborates with other teammates to perform code reviews, discuss new developments and projects, and shadow other junior admins/developers as needed Support the administration for Production and non-prod instances Collaborate with the Production Support and ServiceNow Operation teams to monitor support cases Document administrative processes and issues resolution Working with business line stakeholders to develop clear requirements. Participate in the daily scrum meeting and other related Agile ceremonies Responsible for performing daily administration, issue resolution, and troubleshooting of the ServiceNow platform for any reported problems across all instances. What you will bring 3+ Years' experience with ServiceNow Platform Administration 3+ Years of experience with Application Experience: Incident, Problem, Change Management, Knowledge, Service Catalog, ITOM/CMDB Current ServiceNow System Administrator certification required Strong experience in system administration and JavaScript Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues Experience diagnosing performance related issues Agile experience Current ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA) certification required Priority consideration given to candidate that possess a current ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) for SPM and/or APM certification Desired Skills ServiceNow Development and Administration/Integration ServiceNow Certified Application Developer ITIL v3 or ITIL v4 Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
