Work Location: This position is HybridJob Description: We Are Seeking an experienced Programmer Analyst to perform advanced data analysis and dashboard development supporting enterprise reporting and analytics initiatives. This role focuses on analyzing complex datasets, generating actionable insights, and developing interactive dashboards using modern business intelligence tools. The position also includes designing, building, and optimizing cloud-native data and AI platforms leveraging Amazon Web Services (AWS) to support advanced analytics, machine learning, and real-time data processing. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical abilities, reporting expertise, and the capability to translate business requirements into scalable data solutions and effective visualizations. Responsibilities: • Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights for stakeholders. • Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI, SAP BusinessObjects, Crystal Reports, and BI Query tools. • Develop and optimize SQL queries and scripts for data extraction, transformation, and reporting. • Create and maintain business intelligence queries supporting analytical and reporting needs. • Architect and implement end-to-end data pipelines using AWS services such as S3, Glue, Lambda, EMR, Redshift, Kinesis, and SageMaker. • Design and optimize scalable cloud-native data and AI platforms supporting analytics and machine learning initiatives. • Develop and maintain ETL/ELT workflows while ensuring data quality, governance, security, and compliance. • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications and reporting solutions. • Work with cross-functional teams including data architects, analysts, and developers to align data solutions with organizational objectives. • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with established standards and policies. • Provide technical expertise, troubleshooting, and performance tuning for dashboards and reporting solutions. • Document data processes, workflows, and reporting standards to support ongoing maintenance and knowledge sharing. Required Skills: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field. • Minimum three (3) years of experience in report development and data analysis within large-scale environments. • Minimum three (3) years of experience in AI data engineering using AWS platforms. • Minimum three (3) years of experience working with Python, PySpark, and advanced data structures. • Experience working with Teradata data warehouses and ETL utilities. • Experience developing solutions within AWS cloud and AI platforms. • Strong proficiency in SQL and business intelligence tools including Power BI, SAP BusinessObjects, Tableau, Crystal Reports, and Hummingbird BI/Query. • Experience designing dashboards using data visualization best practices. • Solid understanding of relational databases and data warehouse concepts. • Knowledge of cloud data platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. • Ability to design and implement modern data architectures supporting analytics and machine learning. • Familiarity with performance optimization techniques for BI and reporting tools. • Understanding of data governance and compliance standards. • Experience working within Agile or DevOps environments is preferred. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities. • Attention to detail with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement. • Ability to collaborate effectively and contribute to a positive team environment.Available Benefits: • Medical Benefits (Platinum level plans available) • Work from home / Hybrid / Onsite options • PTO • Holiday Pay • VTO • 401K • Charitable Match • Training reimbursement About KēSTA I.T.:Our name says it all; KēSTA I.T.
