7 On 7 Off On Call RN

Our chosen candidate must have RN experience working in the hospice space or for a hospice program to be considered and will travel throughout our entire 60 mile service radius in this on call role. This position offers: Competitive salary Robust Benefit Package Mileage reimbursement Flexible work schedule Job responsibilities can include but are not limited to: Administer skilled nursing for all ages in their place of residence. Conduct patient admissions. Conduct routine patient visits. Coordinate care within a hospice interdisciplinary team to assure patient/family needs are met. Communicate with attending physicians, hospice physicians, and other physicians involved in the patient's care. Demonstrates accountability, flexibility, respect, and integrity. Submits all required paperwork and documentation within 48 hours. Qualifications: Current Registered Nurse license in the state of Texas. One (1) years experience in a hospice setting required as a RN Case Manager or similar role. Must have a current Texas Driver's license and dependable transportation.
