Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician

Job DescriptionPosition Title:Multi-Craft Maintenance TechnicianPay Rate :$32.66/hr. up to $38.60/hr.Category/Shift :Hourly Full-Time Rotation Patternshift coverage as needed including nights, weekends and possible holidaysPhysical Location :Indianapolis Preprint7536 Miles DriveIndianapolis, IN 46231The Job You Will Perform: Follow all safety rules and practices, working safely by observing safety rules, policies and procedures and identifying unsafe conditions or actions to management immediately Perform maintenance functions making repairs such as but not limited to electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, plumbing, HVAC under minimal guidance of the maintenance supervisor. Troubleshoot and perform maintenance duties such as but not limited to mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, plumbing, HVAC repairs Accurately reading gauges and other test equipment Utilizing basic shop math, inspecting Respond to and complete work orders in a timely manner Support installation of new equipment and facilities improvements Maintain compliance with company quality systems and support audits This person will also be assigned to clean-up functions as needed such as blowing down the machine, wiping off shafts, cleaning ink systems, vacuuming and sweeping the machine area, as well as picking up and shredding scrap.
