Job Description Prepare detailed cost estimates for multifamily and Class A construction projects. Collaborate with project managers and architects to ensure alignment on project specifications. Analyze project requirements and identify cost-saving opportunities. Review and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and project plans. Work closely with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive pricing. Maintain an up-to-date database of material and labor costs relevant to the DFW market. Provide detailed reports and presentations to stakeholders. Ensure all cost estimates adhere to company standards and project timelines. The Successful Applicant A successful Estimator should have: Proficiency in construction cost estimating, specifically in the multifamily and Class A sectors. Strong knowledge of podium construction methods and materials. Familiarity with the DFW construction market and local building codes. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with teams and stakeholders. Attention to detail and an analytical mindset to ensure accurate cost projections.
