Nature and Scope of Job The Cornerstone LMS Administrator is responsible for the configuration, administration, and continuous optimization of the Cornerstone OnDemand Learning Management System to support training, compliance, and workforce development in a regulated life sciences environment. This role ensures training assignments, records, and reporting meet FDA, GMP, GxP, and internal quality requirements. Primary ResponsibilitiesSystem Administration & ConfigurationAdminister and maintain Cornerstone LMS, including user setup, roles, permissions, curricula, assignments, and workflows Configure learning objects (online, instructor-led, blended), curricula, certifications, and recurring training Manage integrations with HRIS and other enterprise systems Compliance & QualityEnsure LMS configuration and processes comply with FDA 21 CFR Part 11, GMP, GxP, and internal SOPs Support audit readiness by maintaining accurate training records, electronic signatures, and version control Partner with Quality Assurance to support inspections, audits, and validation activities Training OperationsAssign and track role-based and compliance training across the organization Support instructors and training coordinators with scheduling, rosters, materials, and completions Troubleshoot user issues and provide Tier 2/3 LMS support Reporting & AnalyticsDevelop and maintain standard and ad hoc reports for compliance, audits, and leadership Monitor training effectiveness, completion rates, and overdue training Support data integrity and ongoing system reconciliation Continuous Improvementidentify opportunities to improve system usability, automation, and reporting Stay current on Cornerstone functionality and life sciences compliance best practices Act as SME for LMS processes and enhancements Additional Responsibilities Performs other related duties and assignments as required QualificationsExperience with LMS validation and CSV (Computer System Validation) Familiarity with HRIS integrations (Workday, SAP, Oracle, etc.) Experience supporting inspections by FDA, EMA, or other regulatory bodies 3+ years of hands-on Cornerstone LMS administration experience Experience supporting training compliance in a regulated life sciences environment Strong understanding of FDA 21 CFR Part 11, GMP, and GxP requirements Advanced experience with LMS reporting and data management Education & Certifications Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Information Systems, HR, or related field Cornerstone certifications preferred Working Conditions The working conditions described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential responsibilities and functions of the job and are not meant to be all-inclusive. Compensation Salary/Hourly Rate Range (W2): USD 50.00 - 65.00 The base salary/hourly rate range represents the anticipated low and high end of the USDM's compensation range for this position. Actual salaries/hourly rates will vary and will be based on various factors, such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. The compensation described above is subject to change and could be higher or lower than the range described based on market survey data or budget. Full-time employees are eligible for health, vision, and dental insurance, life insurance, short and long-term disability, hospital indemnity, accident, and critical care coverage. Both full and part-time employees, who are at least 21 years of age, are eligible to participate in USDM's 401k plan. Full and part-time employees may be eligible for paid time off.
