Quality Control Inspector Daily Tasks: What you will do: Inspect incoming materials, in-process items, and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards. Measure parts and components using precision tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges. Operate electronic inspection equipment, including 3D scanners and coordinate measuring machines (CMMs). Review specifications and blueprints to verify product accuracy. Document inspection results and maintain accurate quality records. Approve or reject materials and products based on inspection findings. Quality Control Inspector Qualifications/Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; additional quality certifications are a plus. Hands-on experience in manufacturing or production quality inspection preferred. Proficient with precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
