Job Description The Estimator - Commercial up to $25M - New Hampshire will be responsible for: Prepare detailed cost estimates for QSR and restaurant construction projects Analyze drawings, specifications, and bid documents to develop accurate budgets Perform quantity take-offs and subcontractor scope reviews Solicit and level subcontractor bids Collaborate with project management and preconstruction teams Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality standards Assist in value engineering and proposal development MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant The Estimator - Commercial up to $25M - New Hampshire should have: 5+ year(s) experience estimating with a general contractor Ability to read and understand construction plans and specifications. Ground up project knowledge and experience preferred Proficient in Procore, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, Sage, MS Project Educational Requirements: Bachelor of Science (BS) in Construction Management or Architectural Technology.
