Program Manager III

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team. This role requires an individual with a strong background in program or project management, capable of coordinating and supporting various projects within a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to managing tasks. Minimum Role Qualifications Requirement: 2 years of experience in program or project management. Required Qualifications (Equal Weightage): 25% - Proven experience in a coordination, project support, or operations role, preferably within a technology or corporate environment. 25% - High proficiency in data management tools, such as spreadsheets and reporting dashboards, and presentation software. 25% - Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail. 25% - Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbally, with all levels of management. Additional Skills: Proactive work ethic and ability to manage multiple tracking systems simultaneously. Desired Qualifications: Familiarity with resource allocation, headcount planning, or contractor management processes. Experience designing internal process documentation or intake forms. Experience managing budgets and allocating financial resources. Experience building dashboards (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI) to visualize complex data sets.
