Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities Growth Strategy & Ownership • Own the overall growth marketing strategy across acquisition and conversion • Define growth goals, KPIs, and testing roadmaps aligned to commercial objectives • Serve as the single point of accountability for growth performance • Act as a strategic partner to the Head of Marketing on growth planning and prioritization Agency & Partner Leadership • Own the management and performance of all growth-related agencies and partners • Set clear goals, KPIs, and success metrics for agency partners • Hold agencies accountable to performance targets, timelines, and optimization plans • Lead agency planning, performance reviews, and quarterly business reviews • Evaluate agency effectiveness and make recommendations to scale, adjust, or consolidate partners as needed Paid Media & Performance Marketing • Own paid media strategy, performance, and optimization across channels (search, paid social, display, etc.) • Direct budget allocation, testing priorities, and optimization efforts • Ensure agency execution aligns with strategy, performance goals, and brand standards • Translate performance data into clear decisions and next steps SEO & Demand Capture • Own SEO performance and outcomes, including traffic quality, rankings, and conversion contribution • Provide strategic direction and prioritization for SEO initiatives • Ensure SEO efforts are aligned with broader growth and conversion goals Conversion & Funnel Optimization • Own conversion performance across the guest journey, from acquisition through booking • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce friction • Partner closely with CRM & Loyalty to connect acquisition efforts with retention and lifetime value Budget & Performance Management • Own growth marketing budget planning, allocation, and optimization • Track spend and performance against targets and ROI expectations • Provide clear, regular performance reporting to leadership • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce reliance on external partners over time Cross-Functional Leadership • Partner with CRM & Loyalty to align acquisition and retention strategies • Collaborate with Brand & Communications to ensure growth efforts align with brand standards • Coordinate with Sales and Franchise Marketing to support commercial initiatives • Work with Analytics to interpret results and inform decisions Qualifications 8+ years of experience in growth, performance, or digital marketing Proven experience managing agencies and holding them accountable to results Strong understanding of paid media, SEO, and conversion optimization Experience managing significant marketing budgets and external partners Ability to synthesize performance data into clear actions and decisions Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight timelines Focused on results and commercial impact Comfortable setting direction and holding partners accountable to goals Clear, direct communicator who can make decisions and move work forward Uses data and insight to make decisions and improve performance over time Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
