Senior AI/ML Engineer

Role Summary We are looking for a Senior AI/ML Engineer with strong experience in GenAI, ML systems, and agentic AI solutions to design, build, and operate scalable, production-grade AI solutions for complex business problems. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy scalable, secure GenAI and ML solutions using structured and unstructured data. Analyze large datasets in Snowflake and build features for ML pipelines. Apply ML, deep learning, NLP, time-series, and statistical techniques to real-world use cases. Own end-to-end ML pipelines: data ingestion, preprocessing, training, tuning, deployment, and monitoring. Build and maintain agentic AI systems using LLMs to automate complex workflows. Implement MLOps, AI observability, and monitoring for model performance, drift, and reliability. Collaborate with data engineers, product teams, and business stakeholders to integrate AI into workflows. Provide technical leadership, guidance, and stakeholder support throughout project delivery. Required Qualifications 10+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering or applied machine learning. Strong expertise in Python, ML frameworks, and GenAI/LLMs. Hands-on experience with production ML systems and MLOps. Experience working with Snowflake and cloud data platforms. Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
