Job Title: Clinical Pharmacist - BMT/Oncology Employment Type: Full-Time | Permanent Location: Las Vegas, NV 89128 Shift: Days | Rotating Weekends Compensation Pay Range: $64.16 - $83.41 per hour (Compensation based on years of experience and specialty expertise.) Position Summary A leading acute care medical center in Las Vegas is seeking an experienced Clinical Pharmacist - BMT/Oncology to support a comprehensive Cancer Care and Transplant & Cellular Therapy program. This role primarily practices within the outpatient Cancer Care Clinic while rotating into the inpatient Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT)/Oncology unit. The pharmacist collaborates closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, and pharmacy staff to optimize care for patients undergoing hematology/oncology treatments, stem cell transplantation, biotherapy, and immune effector cellular therapies. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive clinical pharmacy services to hematology, oncology, and BMT patients Support autologous and allogeneic stem cell transplant regimens Coordinate pharmacotherapy for blood cancer treatments, including CAR T-cell and BiTE therapies Perform therapeutic drug monitoring and dosage adjustments Provide patient education and medication counseling Develop, implement, and monitor oncology order sets, protocols, and evidence-based guidelines Support investigational research and clinical trials as applicable Participate in quality improvement initiatives Provide medication distribution support and order verification Represent pharmacy services on interdisciplinary committees and medical center meetings Specialty Focus Hematologic malignancies Bone Marrow/Stem Cell Transplant (BMT) Immune effector cellular therapies (e.g., CAR T-cell therapy) Biotherapy and targeted oncology treatments Collaborative practice within a transplant and cellular therapy program Required Qualifications Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) required Active Nevada Pharmacist License required Board Certified Oncology Pharmacist (BCOP) required Completion of PGY2 Oncology and/or Bone Marrow Transplant Pharmacy Residency OR Minimum 5 years of clinical oncology practice experience Experience practicing in a BMT/Oncology clinic under a collaborative practice agreement For more details reach at or Call / Text at 516-587-6677.
