Plumbing Foreman

We are seeking an experienced Plumbing Foreman to lead our plumbing teams on a variety of commercial and industrial construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of supervising crews, ensuring code compliance, and delivering high-quality installations on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities Lead & Supervise: Manage on-site plumbing crews, including journeymen and apprentices, ensuring work meets plans, specifications, codes, and safety standards. Plan & Coordinate: Assign daily tasks, optimize productivity, and coordinate with other trades and contractors to keep projects on schedule. Quality Assurance: Inspect completed work, troubleshoot issues, and ensure all materials are installed per manufacturer guidelines. Safety Compliance: Enforce company and OSHA safety protocols, conduct daily safety meetings, and document incidents or near misses. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate daily logs, timesheets, and material usage records; communicate needs and updates to the Superintendent or Project Manager. Qualifications Experience: Minimum 5 years of commercial or industrial plumbing experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory or foreman role. Licenses/Certifications: Journeyman or Master Plumber license preferred; OSHA 10 or 30 certification a plus. Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills; blueprint reading; system troubleshooting; in-depth knowledge of plumbing codes and standards. Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly. Work in varying weather conditions, confined spaces, and on your feet for extended periods. Why Join Us?
