Desktop /IT Support Engineer/ Analyst Location: Englewood, CO 80112 Duration of project : Contract | 3+ Months Overview The Enterprise IT Desktop Support Technician is responsible for managing the lifecycle of enterprise IT assets-including laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and peripherals. This role ensures timely deployment, recovery, and maintenance of equipment across the organization, supporting both day-to-day operations and large-scale IT initiatives. Key Responsibilities Device Imaging & Deployment Image, configure, and deploy enterprise laptops, desktops, and mobile devices using approved standards and tools. Hardware Support Perform diagnostics, repairs, and component replacements (RAM, SSD, battery, motherboard, etc.). Asset Management Process new equipment intake, asset tagging, and inventory updates. Manage asset tracking systems and maintain accurate lifecycle documentation. Lifecycle Operations Support device refresh programs, upgrades, and mass deployments. Wipe and securely decommission retired hardware per corporate security policies. Logistics Prepare and ship equipment to remote users; receive and process returned assets. Maintain depot inventory including spare parts and accessories. Collaboration & Escalation Escalate complex technical issues to appropriate IT teams. Assist with project-based rollouts and enterprise-wide hardware initiatives. Compliance Ensure adherence to IT security and data protection policies. Qualifications Strong technical troubleshooting skills with hands-on experience in hardware repair and configuration. Familiarity with enterprise IT environments, imaging tools, and asset management systems. Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate documentation. Experience supporting large-scale deployments and refresh programs.
