Job Description The Safety Superintendent plays a critical role in ensuring safe, compliant, and wellcoordinated project execution across multiple active construction sites. This individual will oversee job site safety programs, conduct site visits, provide training, review job hazard analyses, and collaborate closely with field teams to maintain a zeroincident environment. They will also support inspections, scheduling, and quality control efforts while upholding company safety standards and governmental regulations. This position involves performance across multiple projects daily and will work as part of a growing safety department, reporting directly to the Safety Director.Responsibilities: Evaluate job hazard analyses and ensure subcontractors receive thorough safety orientations. Implement and oversee safety training programs in alignment with company standards and regulatory requirements. Provide onsite coordination across all project phases, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, quality expectations, and scheduled activities. Perform frequent site inspections and collaborate with supervisors to identify and resolve safety concerns. Maintain documentation, reporting, and communication related to site safety and compliance. Partner closely with the Safety Director and existing safety team, contributing to department growth and continuous improvement. The Successful Applicant 4+ years of experience in construction safety; Safety Superintendent, Safety Manager, or Inspector backgrounds all welcome. Familiar with construction site operations-groundup experience not required. Comfortable traveling between multiple job sites in a given day. Strong communicator capable of leading orientations and training sessions. Proficient with MS Office; OSHA 30 certification required.
