Job specification Candidate requirements Job specification Deliver comprehensive nursing care to pediatric patients, including assessments, treatments, and ongoing evaluations Administer medications, IV therapies, and immunizations safely and effectively Collaborate with pediatricians, specialists, and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans Educate and support families on pediatric health, treatments, and discharge instructions Respond promptly to emergent situations and provide life-saving interventions when necessary Document all patient care activities accurately in the electronic health record (EHR) Ensure compliance with infection control protocols, safety standards, and hospital policies Serve as an advocate for pediatric patients and their families, ensuring a supportive, family-centered care environment Candidate requirements Current Washington RN License. Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred Minimum 1-2 years of recent pediatric or acute care nursing experience strongly preferred BLS and PALS certifications required Strong communication skills and ability to provide compassionate, child- and family-focused care Why work with us?
